He started his career as a Scientist in NEERI and has more than 40+ years of Experience in the field of Quality, Safety, and Environment. He was the founder memeber, Secretary, Executive Director of Industrial Waste management Association and instrumental in Development of Landfill disposal site for entire Tamilnadu. Our Credentials
QBS is a certified hazardous waste Preprocessor, approved by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) for the collection and environmentally sound disposal of hazardous and plastic wastes.
We hold official consent to collect various hazardous waste categories, including:
- Category 5.2 – Wastes or residues containing oil;
- Category 21.1 – Process wastes, residues and sludges;
- Category 23.1 – Wastes or residues (not made with vegetable or animal materials);
- Category 28.1 – Process Residue and wastes;
- Category 28.4 – Off-Specification Products;
- Category 28.5 – Date-expired products;
- Category 33.2 – Contaminated cotton rags or other cleaning materials;
- Category 35.1 – Exhaust Air or Gas cleaning residue;
- Category 35.2 – Spent ion exchange resin containing toxic metals;
- Category 35.3 – Chemical sludge from waste water treatment
The collected wastes are responsibly processed and sent to cement industries for use as Alternative Fuel and Raw Material (AFR) in cement kilns, promoting a circular economy approach.
